Donate the profit of an eBay sale to us

Through eBay’s Giving Works program you can list any item on eBay and donate between 10% and 100% of its final sale price to us. It’s simple to set up and we would greatly appreciate the donation.

Setting it up

Step 1
Click the “Add or remove options” link under “Choose how you’d like to sell your item” when you add an item to eBay

Step 2
Check the box “Donate percentage of sale” in the window that pops up and then click the “Save” button.

Step 3
Select “Select a new nonprofit…” in the new drop-down list that appears in the selling options section.

Step 4
Search for “Thrive Africa” and click the “Select” button once you’ve found us.

Step 5
Click “Agree and Continue” to the MissionFish Authorization.

Step 6
Give them your credit card info. Why? Once, your item is sold, they will charge your credit card the percentage of the final price you have specified to donate to us.

Step 7
Lastly, set the percentage of final sale you’d like to donate to us.

That’s it. Yes, it’s a bit of work on your end, but we truly appreciate you setting it up and making this donation.
