With 90% of African pastors untrained, who is leading the Church? It’s been said that the Church in Africa is a mile wide, but only an inch deep. We want to help deepen churches by strengthening and equipping church leadership.

Hand in Hand is our pastoral development program. We believe that as pastors and ministry leaders grow in their understanding of the Word of God and effective leadership strategies, churches flourish. The lost are saved, believers are discipled, emerging leaders are identified and trained. Strong church leadership results in real ministry happening!

A church does not succeed because of good marketing, a lot of money, or the ideal location. A church thrives because it’s founded on Biblical leadership, a genuine love for God and people, and a holistic approach to ministry. Our heart is to help African pastors lead their churches to thrive.

We host training conferences and events throughout the year, free-of-charge to all local pastors and church leaders. As they learn, grow, and develop personally, that gets passed on to their congregations and ultimately to their communities.
