Our heart is to provide a solid, well-balanced missions experience for everyone involved. We firmly believe that if the missionaries are well-fed, rested, and healthy, the mission will be accomplished; but hungry, tired, and sick missionaries will be no good to anyone. Therefore, we go to extreme lengths to ensure that the meals, housing, and ministry opportunities are all top-notch.
Thrive Africa provided the ideal setting for our team to share the Gospel in South Africa. The training and support provided by the staff was invaluable in helping us share our lives and beliefs with the people of Qwa Qwa. Having Thrive Africa provide the framework in which we worked took a lot of the stress of planning a mission trip out of our hands, and allowed our team to focus on ministry.

Our aim in hosting short-term teams from churches is to take away the fear and apprehension from those who have never planned and run their own mission trip before. Our program is set up to be as simple and easy for the leader as possible. We provide leaders with several preparation packets prior to the trip which cover details from acquiring airline tickets and immunizations to training the team to minister effectively and understand the culture they will be immersed in.
Our focus is on helping leaders like you set up a life-changing mission trip for your team which will engage them in effective ministry to nationals, in a format that is simple to set up and lead.
