Get out of the house this summer and make a difference
It takes a lot of behind-the-scenes work to run a ministry smoothly. We want to give you the opportunity to use your gifts and abilities to impact your teammates, as well as the Basotho nationals you will be able to minister to. You will make an Eternal impact on the Basotho people. What are you waiting for, anyway?
Getting to work with mission teams
You’ll be involved in assisting Thrive Africa with hosting mission teams, playing an active role in organizing behind-the-scenes logistics - from meals and housing to ministry sites - while gaining invaluable knowledge and experience in a cross-cultural environment. You’ll also have incredible opportunities for personal ministry to the nationals through relationship evangelism and service projects.
You’ll also be involved in several other aspects of the ministry
- Overseeing daily team ministry
- Working closely with full-time missionaries
- Working on the mission base
- Developing relationships with team members and nationals
- Assisting in the planning and facilitation of team logistics
- Engaging in one-on-one ministry
- Go on a safari and see elephants, lion, rhinos, and more.
